  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
  • Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at support@themakai.store to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This step is essential for processing your return.
  • Return Form: Fill out the return form provided in your order confirmation email or available on our website. Include your order number, item(s) being returned, and the reason for the return.

3. Return Process

  • Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Ensure the RMA number is clearly written on the package.
  • Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Confirmation: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your request. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

4. Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refund Amount: The refund amount will include the cost of the returned item(s). Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Return Scenarios

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the defect or damage. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and provide a return shipping label for the incorrect item.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund.
